We treat medical illnesses, help maintain functional ability, and help prevent any loss of physical and cognitive abilities. Our focus on keeping patients mobile is also an important part of our care to support patients’ ability to be both physically and mentally active. We help to achieve the goals and action plans that we create with each of our patients.
