Humber River Hospital keeps a list of family doctors affiliated with our hospital who are accepting new patients.
Use Health Care Connect
The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care can help you find a family doctor. Register for the Health Care Connect program by calling 1-800-445-1822.
Find options for immediate care
If it is an emergency, call 911.
If you need medical care while you wait to find a family doctor, you can visit a walk-in clinic. You can also call Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000. You can get health advice or general health information from a registered nurse.
If you don’t have an OHIP card, you can visit a Community Health Centre.
