Dr. Victor Toran is a surgeon in the Department of Surgery and is the head of Otolaryngology. He received his medical degree from the University of Toronto in 1976 and post-graduate training from the University of Toronto in 1981. He is an Adjunct Lecturer at University of Toronto.
