Breast Reconstruction Awareness (BRA) Day is a FREE, annual event that brings leading breast reconstruction experts together to answer all your questions. This event is an opportunity to learn about the options available post-mastectomy, and to connect with other people who have gone through this journey.

What to expect:

Show & Tell Lounge: See real results of reconstruction surgery and restorative post-mastectomy nipple tattoos, and speak with women who have been through it themselves.

Reception & Presentations: Meet and hear from Humber River Health’s Breast Reconstruction Surgeons and Clinicians who support the breast cancer journey, hear patient testimonials from women who have had reconstruction and meet exhibitors who offer products and services to help those affected by breast cancer.

Who is invited:

Anyone considering post-mastectomy or post-lumpectomy breast reconstruction and 1 support person.

Healthcare professionals that work with women and men affected by breast cancer.

Snacks and refreshments will be provided for all attendees.
