Heidi Kern
My name is Heidi Kern. Prior to practising as a midwife, I completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art and Design from the University of Alberta. I spent most of my twenties working in Asia and travelling. In preparation for a career in midwifery, I volunteered as labour support for teens, women living in shelters and refugees women here in the city. I graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Midwifery in 2013. I am an avid reader and love the opera.
